What we collect

When you call, text, email or use the quote form, we receive the details you send: your name, phone number, email if provided, the address or area where the door is, what the door is doing, and any photos you attach. With analytics switched on, the site also records the usual traffic data: pages viewed, rough location, the device type.

Calls

Calls to our published number may be recorded for quality and record keeping. California requires that everyone on the call is told, so you will hear a short announcement at the start of the call. If you prefer not to be recorded, text or email us instead.

How we use it

To price the repair, book the visit, do the work and follow up on it, and to keep the records a small business has to keep. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with third parties except the services needed to run the business (for example the form delivery provider, the call-tracking provider or a payment processor).

Retention

We keep job records for as long as the workmanship guarantee, invoicing and tax rules require. You can ask us to delete your contact details and photos at any time by emailing hello@trackandrollerco.com.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no tracking cookies of its own. Should we turn on an analytics tool, it may set cookies to count visits. Blocking them in your browser changes nothing about how the site works.
