Service area questions

Do you charge more for areas far from central San Diego?

No. Prices are the same anywhere in San Diego County and there is no trip fee when we do the repair. For the outer edges we may group appointments by day, so booking a few days ahead gets you a wider choice of times.

Do you work in condos, gated communities and military housing?

Yes. For a condo or townhome, tell us whether the door opens onto a balcony and whether the HOA has rules about exterior work. For gated communities, give us the gate code or call-box name when you book. For on-base housing, you arrange access through your housing office and we work within their rules.

Can I book a repair at a rental or a parent’s home?

Yes. Owners, property managers and adult children arrange repairs at other addresses every week. We check that whoever meets us can authorize the work, fix the door, and send the invoice wherever you tell us.
